This Cars concert was disappointing. I believe it is because I am spoiled due to my purchasing the pre1980 Cars concerts....which are in a smaller venue. This one is the typical 80's arena concert. Camera views aren't the greatest. The sound was spotty also.....could not turn it up as loud as I wanted...thru my stereo speakers.

Brilliant Concert for Cars Fans
I truly enjoyed this DVD live concert by The Cars from 1987, I have been a huge fan of this band and especially the late great legendary Benjamin Orr and wanted to watch this. The picture quality was good, as it is from 1987 but what I loved was the sound quality. I had seen the versions on Youtube and when I played these through our TV system it sounded so bassy and awful however we put on this DVD and were able to watch and listen and enjoy the live concert. My only problem is , and this is nothing to do with this DVD but the actual footage of the concert , is that whoever filmed it seemed to want to show as little as possible of bassist and vocalist Benjamin Orr, even when he was singing lead vocals !!!! Instead the camera focused on the rest of the band and of course as always on Ric. I am happy that the whole band was featured but my problem is that the camera should have focused on Benjamin during performances where he was singing lead just like it was when Ric Ocasek performed. If only we could go back in a Tardis and watch it properly ;) Seriously though, this concert tour was the last tour the band did with Benjamin and it is a must to watch for all fans of this band. Highly recommened
